1. Production Time (Custom-Made)
Because every Griffowl steering wheel cover is hand-stitched and made-to-order based on your vehicle's specifications, we need time to craft your item.
- Processing/Production Time: 1-3 Business Days.
- Please note: This is the time to craft your product before it is shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer international shipping. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies only to eligible destinations.

- Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping): approximately 11–38 business days.
- Delivery Factors: Times may be affected by customs inspections, local carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)
Griffowl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- EU VAT: Collection rules vary by country and order value. If VAT is not collected at checkout, it may be charged by the carrier upon delivery.

Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal to pay import duties or taxes, we will issue a refund for the product price only, minus shipping charges and a 15% Material Waste Fee(as this is a custom-made item).
Note: This fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
All products are handcrafted and shipped from our manufacturing facility in Chongqing, China.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Or you can track your order directly on our website here.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is correct.
- Address Correction: We can only change the address if the order has not been shipped yet.
- Notification: Please contact us immediately at contact@griffowl.com if you believe you provided an incorrect address.
