Refund & Return Policy

Important Notice: Custom-Made Nature
All Griffowl steering wheel covers are custom-made based on your vehicle specifications. Due to this made-to-order nature, our return policy differs from standard retail products.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item has a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, you may request a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect installation.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are final sale unless defective.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours (Before Production):
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 Hours (In Production):
If production has already begun, a 15% Material Cost Deduction will apply to cover materials used for your custom item.
This deduction does not apply to defective or incorrect items.

After Shipment:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Returns are only accepted for items that qualify under the defective or damaged policy.

European Union Right of Withdrawal (Exemption)

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, our custom products are exempt from the 14-day return policy unless defective.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@griffowl.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Do not send items back without authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items:
We cover return shipping costs.

Change of Mind:
Returns are not accepted for custom-made items. Therefore, return shipping for these reasons is not applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Warranty Policy — 24 Months

All Griffowl products include a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

If a product fails within this period due to a manufacturing issue, we will provide a replacement or repair.

This warranty does not affect your rights under the 30-Day Quality Guarantee.

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use
  • Material changes due to lack of maintenance (e.g. Alcantara care)
  • Damage caused by improper installation
