Are your products vegan?
Yes, both the upgraded synthetic leather and Italian Alcantara we use are completely vegan and contain no animal-derived materials.
What does "one-steering-one-template" mean?
Every Griffowl cover is custom-built. We purchase actual steering wheels from auto parts stores, take precise measurements, and then design a specific pattern for each. After rounds of testing, it becomes an official Griffowl product.
Will your covers fit any vehicle?
Not all. Our covers fit over 90% of vehicles on the market, but we may not cover very new models or very old like those before 2000.
Placing an Order
I don't have a photo of my steering wheel. Can I use one from the internet?
We highly recommend uploading an actual front-view photo of your steering wheel. This helps us confirm compatibility and ensures a precise fit.
My steering wheel is damaged—can I still order?
Yes, but please upload a clear front-view photo. If we detect damage, our team may ask for additional measurements before we begin production.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more. Additional options are coming soon.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free global shipping. The carrier may vary by region.
How can I track my order?
What's the expected delivery time?
It takes 2–3 business days to craft your custom cover. Standard shipping usually takes 10–20 business days. You can also upgrade to FedEx (5–7 business days) at checkout for faster delivery.
What if my product is damaged when I receive it?
Our products undergo triple quality checks before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately—we'll send a replacement or process a refund after verification.
Installation
How long does installation take?
It usually takes about 2–3 hours for first-timers. It's easy to follow with some patience. Refer to our YouTube guide and included manual for help.
What if I run out of thread?
No worries! Each kit includes two rolls of thread—more than enough to complete the job, even with restarts.
I have a universal cover on. Should I remove it first?
Yes. Our covers are measured for bare OEM steering wheels. Please remove any existing covers before installation.
Do I need double-sided tape to install?
We recommend using the included tape to fix the position before sewing. It helps prevent sliding and ensures a cleaner finish.
